Macroscopic study #03129/2017
Clinical evaluation showed a 3 cm in diameter ulcerated lesion located in the upper maxillary gingiva, with a broad base of implantation and associated with a loss of teeth. In addition, the patient presents periodontal chronic disease and halitosis.
An excisional biopsy of the lesion is carried out, and sent for histopathological study.
